Characteristics of High-Value Women – Part 1
In a world where the concept of value is often quantified by material success, high-value women stand out for their remarkable blend of qualities that transcend the superficial. They are the architects of their own lives, building their paths with purpose, grace, and resilience. So, since here we talk on classy lifestyle for women, it is fundamental to start a special series analysing those characteristics, which make a woman a valuable asset in one’s social circles. Since you are here, I am quite sure that you have come across a lot of content on the matter, since being a woman of high value is considered synonymous with class, sophistication and being a person that has something to offer their interpersonal affairs. Nevertheless, since Class and Brightness focuses not only on etiquette but also on practicality, here we shall see the practical side of this. How do those characteristics serve a woman that is between jobs or lives in a place where being classy and of high value is simply discouraged? And, in general, why bother at all?
So, for part one, we analyse three very known characteristics of high-value women.
A high-value woman ensures her physical and mental welfare. Ensuring your welfare is a fundamental part of being a high-value, classy woman for a few reasons. First, being and feeling well has a positive impact on your appearance and your motivation to take further care of yourself. When we are sick or depressed or have anxiety issues, we struggle to get out of bed, move our body and do our hygenic routine properly. Under such conditions, our motivation to earn a living and maintain our professional network is low as well. Therefore, unless we take care of our wellbeing we are not only unable to build our lives, but also we are at risk of losing everything we have worked so hard for. In addition, not bothering about our welfare quite often leads to actual disease, and getting our health back costs money even in countries with generous healthcare systems. That’s money that you could use for nice things or for investments. Why spend it on curing a condition that could have been prevented?
So, how do we ensure our welfare? We eat right, we sleep and hydrate enough, we do the type of exercise that keeps us happy, and we make sure we impose limits on each and every domain of our short lives. Of course, we also have our health conditions in check and, when we feel pressure, there is no shame in paying a visit to a therapist.
A high-value woman constantly works on her skills. We always hear that if we want to exude elegance everywhere we go. But what is the practical value of this? It’s simple. If we keep upgrading and expanding our skillset, the same happens to our horizon; we have more topics to discuss and more know-how to use, which potentially leads us to contacts that can take us further and jobs that can pay us better -if, of course we want to go after those benefits.
A high-value woman prefers the all-time classic, not the trend. Lately, we have seen the “old-money aesthetic” and “quiet luxury” everywhere. Why is that? Well, take a close look at the people who follow this aesthetic. It is not about an image. It is about not showing off and not caring about “keeping up with the Joneses”. Also, maintaining a quiet and classic style which includes items of high quality saves us money; we all know that, beyond a certain point, the client pays for the brand name, not the actual item.
And there you have them! The first three characteristics of high-value women! Until next time, ladies, enjoy your September and remember to shine bright!
